Investment Team
Kei has an extensive professional background in the finance and investment sector. At Dymon Asia Capital Group, he established the Japanese branch and served as Representative Director for five years. Prior to joining Dymon Asia, he worked at J.P. Morgan’s Investment Banking Division in Tokyo and London, where he successfully led numerous corporate acquisitions and IPOs. Kei graduated from Wesleyan University (Phi Beta Kappa) with a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics & Economics under the Freeman Asian Scholarship.
Saiji is a former founder his management consulting firm, engaged in business succession and M&A operations for small and medium sized enterprises, business revitalization, and CFO operations for university-launched ventures. Prior to independence, Saiji engaged in personal & corporate loans, foreign exchange dealing, foreign currency ALM management, and corporate sales planning at Mitsubishi Bank (currently Mitsubishi UFJ Bank).
Yuka previously engaged in business revitalization and university venture business as CMO with Saiji. Prior to former CMO, Yuka engaged in organization strategy and marketing in HR business Sales at Recruit. Yuka researched social entrepreneurs, implement women’s empowerment, work style reform, and social implementation of diversity in graduate school.
Yuichiro has extensive experience in investments and corporate finance. He previously worked at UBS as the lead equity analyst of the Transportation sector. Before that, he was responsible for global research in the TMT sector with a top-ranked global team. Yuichiro holds a Master of Science degree in Agriculture from Kyoto University and has also contributed as a researcher in the Faculty of Agricultural & Biological Engineering at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
Fumiya engaged in investment in the TMT sector at ITOCHU Corporation. He was dispatched to ITOCHU Silicon Valley office for two years, where he supported the expansion of U.S. startups to Japan and established a track record of service in Japan. In addition, he was in charge of investments in VC funds formed by Andreessen Horowitz, Khosla, and other US VC firms. Fumiya holds a Bachelor degree from the University of Tokyo. He also passed the U.S. Certified Public Accountant Examination.
Infrastructure Support Team
Testuo is a former Management Director/ Head of Product Development at Credit Suisse Group(Securities and Banking). Prior to Credit Suisse, Tetsuo was a Chief Trader of Derivatives Division/Head of Long-Term Equity Derivatives Book in Japan and Asia at Lehman Brothers.
Shun is the managing partner of MCP Group and previously was a financial engineering researcher at Fuji Research Institute ( currently Mizuho research & Technologies)
Masahide previously engaged in legal affairs at Nikko Asset Management. Prior to Nikko Asset Management, he engaged in legal affairs, compliance, and product planning at Mitsubishi Corporation Asset Management (currently Mitsubishi UFJ Alternative Investments).
Kazunari is a former Advisor at Rhone Group Advisor and a board member at Social Investment Partners. Previously Kazunari engaged in private equity-related work at Mitsubishi Corporation, AI Capital, and Capital Dynamics.
